Employment term: Temporary, Full-time
Salary range: £14.87 - £16.41 per hour

Please note, to be suitable for this temporary role you will need to be able to commute to the office in West London, speak French or Spanish fluently and have either SAP or Salesforce experience.

Our client, a global leader in their field, is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their international team. This is a fantastic chance to work in a collaborative, growth-focused environment where your language skills and technical expertise will be highly valued. You will be working on a 6 month temporary contract with potential for extension to a permanent contract based on performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP and Salesforce
  • Communicate with French and Spanish-speaking customers via phone and email, providing exceptional service
  • Monitor order status and proactively update customers throughout the lifecycle
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and complete deliveries
 
Candidate Profile:
 
  • Fluency in French or Spanish is essential, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a customer service role, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Experience in Order Fulfilment, Inventory Management, Supply Chain or Logistic processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (or similar CRM/ERP systems)
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
