Your responsibilities and impact as Travel Booking Specialist will be:

Representing an innovative online travel agency offering worldwide flights, hotels, and accommodation

Managing customer queries in a service-oriented environment via phone and email

Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails with efficiency and professionalism

Assisting clients with bookings, upgrades, rescheduling, claims, and other travel-related needs

Providing advice on travel options including financial considerations, dates, destinations, and packages

Managing bookings and reservations, including alterations, cancellations, and issuing tickets

Working with the back-office team to process modifications and cancellations
-
Ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and building loyalty

Growing your skills in the aviation industry with opportunities for internal progression
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of French and at least a B2 level of English

Preferably 6 months of previous experience in Customer Service or Technical Support in a call center

Strong communication skills, both written and spoken

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

Enthusiastic, proactive, and a self-starter

Team player with good analytical skills

Customer and quality-oriented approach

EU Citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit is required

€890 gross/month x 14 months

Up to €100/month performance bonus
