Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Fashionistas will be:

• Offering information, solutions, and advice to customers regarding the company’s services via phone, email, and chat

• Ensuring a positive customer experience by handling each request with care and professionalism

• Supporting the success of the department and contributing to its overall goals

• Guaranteeing client satisfaction through high-quality service

• Native level of French and fluent English – this is a must

What’s in it for you?

• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM

• Salary package: €830 gross/month x 14 months + up to €100/month performance bonus + meal vouchers of €7.23/workday + partial transport reimbursement + private health insurance and dental plan (after 6 months)
