Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Streaming Platform will be:

• Assisting viewers via phone and chat with various inquiries

• Providing account and application support, especially related to software functionality

• Troubleshooting technical issues such as system configurations and network settings

• Delivering accurate and timely responses to customer questions

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native-level French speaker with advanced English skills

• Reliability, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset

• Fast learner with strong technical aptitude

• Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage

What’s in it for you?

• Contract type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Working hours: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 8 am to 9 pm

• Salary package:

  • Base salary €890 gross/month (14 payments per year)

  • €100 monthly performance bonus

  • Meal allowance of €7.23 per workday

Relocation support for international candidates:

• Reimbursement of flight ticket after 6 months

• 6 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
