Key Responsibilities:

• Sales-Focused:
• Primary task is closing hotel reservations by phone.
• Strong commercial/sales profile required.
• Customer Support:
• Handle incoming calls from Dutch-speaking customers.
• Provide support for a major hotel chain.

Contract & Compensation:

• Type: Indefinite (with 2-month trial period)
• Hours: 39 hours per week
• Salary: €21,500 gross per year
• Sign-On Bonus: €1,500 gross
• Work Schedule:
• Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Working hours: 9:00–20:00 (alternating weekends)

Training:

• Start Date: 25 August 2025
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–20:00
