Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer requests and accurately document case information.

  • Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support via phone, email, and social media channels.

  • Maintain the brand’s tone of voice in all interactions, both in private channels and public platforms such as forums and e-commerce reviews.

  • Deliver excellent customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.

  • Work closely with an international team in a fast-paced environment.

Your Profile

  • Native-level German speaker with a good command of English.

  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

  • Motivated, committed, and able to work effectively in a team.

  • Comfortable writing in German without errors.

  • Sales or commercial background is a plus.

  • Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is an advantage.

  • Willing to relocate to Portugal and embrace a multicultural lifestyle.

What’s in It for You

  • Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 7 am to 7 pm (8 hours per day).

  • Salary Package: €1100 gross/month paid 14 times per year + up to €100 monthly performance bonus + meal vouchers worth €7.23 per workday + transportation cost reimbursement + private health insurance and dental plan after six months.

  • Relocation Support:

    • Reimbursement of up to €400 for your initial flight after six months with the company.

    • Accommodation in a shared flat for 12 months provided by the company (rental fee applies).
