Your Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer requests via phone, email, social media, and chat.

• Document case information accurately and follow up as needed.

• Assist customers with pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.

• Adapt the brand’s voice and tone across all communication channels, including public forums and product reviews.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by offering friendly, solution-oriented responses.

• Collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team to meet performance targets.

Your Profile

• Native-level French speaker (mandatory) and good level of English.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Motivated, committed, and willing to relocate to Lisbon.

• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

• Plus: Sales/commercial background or previous customer service experience.

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM (8h/day).

  • €890 gross/month x 14 months.
