As a German-speaking Travel Booking Specialist, you will manage reservations, assist customers during the after-sales process, and ensure an outstanding customer experience for one of the world’s most prestigious airline companies. You will play a vital role in handling bookings, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Responsibilities

Manage bookings by creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations.

Assist clients via inbound calls with after-sales inquiries and requests.

Handle back-office operations including ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations.

Ensure excellent customer service with a focus on efficiency and satisfaction.
Your Profile

Native-level German and good English skills.

Previous experience with GDS tools.

Enthusiasm for travel and the tourism industry.
