As a French-speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading medical device company, you will help people living with diabetes by providing exceptional support for the OmniPod Insulin Management System. You will handle inquiries, manage orders, and guide customers with empathy and professionalism to ensure the best possible experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding the OmniPod product.

• Manage orders and coordinate product shipments to customers.

• Provide technical and usage guidance to ensure proper product utilization.

• Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining a supportive and empathetic approach.

• Encourage compliance with product guidelines to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
