As a Dutch/Flemish-speaking VIP Concierge, you will provide exclusive lifestyle and travel services to high-end clients, ensuring they enjoy exceptional, personalized experiences. You will be the trusted point of contact for luxury requests, from reservations to bespoke travel arrangements, working with discretion and precision.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage VIP client requests via phone, email, and chat in Dutch/Flemish and English.

• Coordinate luxury reservations and tailor travel bookings to client preferences.

• Offer expert recommendations on fine dining, events, shopping, and cultural activities.

• Handle urgent and complex inquiries efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

• Deliver premium, personalized service from start to finish.

Your Profile

• Native-level Dutch/Flemish and at least B2 English; French is an advantage.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or luxury services.

• Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Comfortable working with international, high-profile clients.

• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident in meeting high expectations.
