What will you do?

• Interact effectively with existing customers via calls, emails or chat in both Italian and English

• Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy

• Resolve technical issues efficiently

• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken

Candidate profile

• Native or fluent Italian speaker

• Good command of English (B2 or higher)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, empathy and a problem-solving attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn new technologies
