Your Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via email and phone

Assist with banking-related inquiries and tech issues

Manage client records and update internal databases

Maintain compliance with company procedures and policies

Support internal office activities and operational efficiency

Your Profile

Native-level French speaker

Good command of English

Comfortable with written communication

Motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable

Previous customer service experience is a plus

Sales/commercial background is a plus

Team player with a proactive attitude

Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit
