Responsibilities

Manage customer queries via phone and email

Provide information about products and services

Troubleshoot basic technical issues

Log all cases in CRM and ensure detailed follow-up

Profile

Native-level French with fluent English

Previous customer service experience is a plus (6 months minimum preferred)

Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools

Great written and verbal communication skills

Able to work under pressure and problem-solve efficiently

Motivated, proactive, and a real team player

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

Salary:
• €830 gross/month × 14 months
• Up to €100/month performance bonus
• Up to €100/month sales performance bonus
