As a French-speaking Airline Reservation Advisor, you’ll support clients throughout the post-booking process and ensure a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation-related queries via inbound calls

• Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special requests

• Issue, modify, and manage airline tickets through back-office tools

• Provide accurate and timely support in line with airline standards

• Contribute to customer satisfaction and team performance targets

Your Profile

• Native-level French speaker with good English

• Passion for travel, tourism, and helping people

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus

• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

• Motivated, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work in an international team and relocate to Lisbon

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s Offered

• 6-month contract, full-time position

• Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 23:00

• Monthly salary:
  • €850 gross × 14 payments
  • Up to €100/month performance bonus
  • Up to €100/month complexity bonus
  • €7.23 meal vouchers per workday

Relocation Package (for international candidates)

• Flight reimbursement up to €400 after 4 months
