Your Responsibilities

Assist customers during the booking process for flights, hotels, or vacation packages

Provide information, solve booking issues, and suggest tailored travel options

Handle cancellations, changes, refunds, and escalations professionally

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout their trip

Manage lead generation and build long-term customer relationships

Contribute to the team’s travel knowledge and excellence in service
Your Profile

Fluent in French (written and spoken); English is a plus

Passionate about travel and tourism

What’s Offered

Full-time contract (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts

Two salary packages:
• With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1,040 gross/month
• Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month -
