Your Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to assist with various inquiries

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and effective support

• Update customer records accurately

Your Profile

• Native-level French speaker with at least a B1 level in English

• Passion for providing excellent customer service

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused

• Valid Portuguese work permit (required)

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for work and cultural experience

What’s Offered

• Renewable fixed-term contract (1 year)

• Full-time schedule (40h/week) with rotating shifts

• Two salary packages:
  • With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1,040 gross/month
  • Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month

• Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses upon signing

• Annual return flight to your home country (EU only)
