Your Role:

• Assist customers by addressing fraud-related concerns and providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and improve fraud-prevention measures.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

What You Need:

• Native French and a minimum B2 level of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Excitement for multicultural communication and living abroad.
• Valid Portuguese work permit or EU nationality.
