đŒ What youâll be doing:
- Support clients via phone, chat, and messages â always with empathy and professionalism
- Handle travel insurance cases (property damage, liability, incidents, etc.)
- Manage and resolve complex cases with discretion
- Analyze safety and claims issues and suggest actionable insights
- Keep user data accurate and confidential
- Make sure every client feels heard, supported, and valued
𧩠What weâre looking for:
- 1+ year experience in claims, fraud detection, or damage assessment
- Confident handling compensation and incident-related communication
- Fluent French or Italian, and advanced English (C1)
- Tech-savvy, with great attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and a natural communicator
