Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
Record case resolutions accurately in the contact center tool.
Maintain individual performance metrics, including response time, handle time, and resolution rates.
Collaborate with internal teams and escalate priority issues when necessary.
Provide top-tier customer satisfaction, adhering to client-specific guidelines.
Complete required training and continue developing skills to meet evolving project needs.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) and strong English communication skills (B1+ level).
Experience in customer service, ideally within an outsourced environment, is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication.
Willingness to work flexible shift hours, with potential to work from home during late shifts.
