Callcenter / KundenbetreuungResponsibilities:
- Coordinate with National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs) to manage complaints and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle correspondence with legal professionals regarding disputes and claims.
- Assess passenger cases for compliance with transport regulations.
- Collaborate with NEBs and legal teams to investigate reported issues.
- Prepare and organize documentation for legal cases and pre-litigation procedures.
- Engage in mediation efforts with NEBs to resolve disputes before escalation.
- Monitor regulatory adherence and suggest improvements.
- Maintain records of cases and track progress until resolution.
Requierments:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) and English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in customer service, legal support, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate various systems and tools efficiently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal.
