What you can expect to do in this role:
- Inbound Customer service.
- Customer contacts with challenging questions or requests by Email, Chat and Phone.
- Management of changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns.
- Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses.
Requirements:
- (Near) Native Polish and C1 English fluency.
- European passport / Portuguese work visa.
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Experience in customer service (preferred).
