Role Summary
As an French Internet Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our French speaking customers, providing top-tier support for internet-related inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to our mission of delivering world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing professional and friendly assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve internet-related technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer experience.
- Assist customers with account management, billing, and service upgrades or changes.
- Educate customers on Sunrise Telecom’s products and services, ensuring they make the most of our offerings.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical or management teams while maintaining communication with the customer.
- Log and track customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Strive to exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
Essential:
- Native or fluent proficiency in French (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a telecom or internet service environment.
- Basic technical knowledge of internet and networking systems (e.g., modems, routers, troubleshooting connectivity issues).
- Proficiency with customer management tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Experience with troubleshooting VoIP, IPTV, or similar services.
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and internet diagnostic systems.

Salary and Conditions:
- Base Salary : €850
- Performance Bonus : €360 max
- Language allowance : €150 for English & French
- Meal Allowance : €9.60 per worked day
- Flex work allowance : €60
Pay increase: Finally, there is the 7% increase after 1 year, then an additional 7% increase on the 3rd year and yet another one on the 5th year of contract.
