What's your Mission?
- Collaborate effectively: Work collaboratively with consumers to address product information requests and resolve inquiries skillfully and professionally.
- Customer-centric approach: Empathize with customer needs, analyse their issues, and provide personalized solutions.
- Omnichannel support: Deliver seamless customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.

Requirements
Your Experience, Our Future
- Fluency in Portuguese, Italian and English: Demonstrated by exceptional grammar and spelling.
- Advanced English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Customer Service Enthusiast: Possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Empathetic Communication: Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
- Strong Administrative Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

Benefits
Your Benefits Package
- Start Date: March 5th
- Contract: 3-month contract (1-month probation period)
- Hours: 25 hours per week
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 3 pm to 8 pm
- Salary: 11.282€ per year
- Holidays: 2 holidays accrued per month
- Work Model: Hybrid, 4 office days per month
- Training: 2 weeks from the office
- Office Location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
