About the job
- Responsible for reviewing Chat Bot´s text-based answers that are flagged by users as not okay, by using the policies and guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous
- You will visually review text-based content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools
- You might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity, hate speech or violence
- You will be working as part of a Global team with colleagues based in Poland, Ireland, Portugal and Morocco
Your profile
- Fluent in Danish, written and oral
- Good computer skills
- Sympathetic and empathetic
- Can work in teams and spread good team spirit
- Is flexible and quick learning
- Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills are key for success in this role
