Role: Fraud Prevention & Payments Specialist
As a Fraud prevention & Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the operations by detecting and preventing fraudulent activities. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor customer transactions and accounts for any suspicious activities or fraudulent behavior
• Investigate and analyze potential fraud cases, collaborating with other departments to gather necessary information and evidence
• Conduct thorough reviews of customer documentation, verifying identities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Process and reconcile customer deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with third-party payment providers to manage transactions and resolve any payment-related issues
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns related to fraud detection and payment processing
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention and payment processing, implementing enhancements as needed
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in fraud detection and prevention, preferably in the Gambling & Casinos industry
• Strong knowledge of fraud detection tools and techniques
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify patterns or anomalies
• Familiarity with payment processing systems and procedures
• Experience in handling sensitive customer information and maintaining confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
